1. Promotion Period

This promotion commences on 09/07/2027 and continues until withdrawn by Prime Capital Realty.

Prime Capital Realty reserves the right to extend, modify or end the promotion at any time without prior notice.

2. Eligibility

The promotion is available only to:

  • Individuals aged 18 years or older.
  • Owners of residential investment properties located in Queensland.
  • New property management clients who appoint Prime Capital Realty to manage their investment property.
  • Clients who have not had the relevant property managed by Prime Capital Realty within the previous 12 months.

3. Eligible Properties

The promotion applies only to residential investment properties that:

  • Are legally available for residential leasing.
  • Are approved by Prime Capital Realty for management.
  • Successfully commence a signed Property Management Agreement with Prime Capital Realty.

Prime Capital Realty reserves the right to decline management of any property at its sole discretion.

4. Welcome Bonus

Eligible clients may receive a total bonus of up to AUD $1,000, paid in two instalments:

First Payment
  • Property Management Agreement has commenced.
  • Property successfully leased or transferred into management.
  • Management has commenced under the signed agreement.
$500
Second Payment
  • 12 consecutive months of uninterrupted management.
  • All management fees and charges remain paid and up to date.

5. Payment Method

The welcome bonus will be paid by Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). Payments will generally be processed within 30 business days after eligibility has been confirmed.

6. Exclusions

This promotion is not available:

  • For commercial, holiday, or short-term accommodation properties.
  • For properties already managed by Prime Capital Realty.
  • Where a Property Management Agreement is cancelled before the relevant payment milestone.
  • Where ownership changes before payment.
  • To employees, contractors or immediate family members of Prime Capital Realty unless approved in writing.

7. Multiple Properties

Each eligible property may qualify separately. Prime Capital Realty reserves the right to limit the number of promotional payments made to a single owner where multiple entities or ownership structures are used to obtain multiple bonuses.

8. Early Termination

If the management agreement is terminated before twelve (12) continuous months, the second $500 payment will not be payable. Prime Capital Realty will not seek repayment of the first instalment provided the client has complied with these Terms and Conditions and has not acted fraudulently.

9. Bonus Cannot Be Transferred

The promotional bonus cannot be transferred, cannot be exchanged for other services, and is not redeemable for cash other than the approved payment.

10. Existing Promotions

This promotion cannot be used together with any other Prime Capital Realty promotional offer unless specifically stated.

11. Referral Partners

Where the client has requested a finance or lending review, Prime Capital Realty may introduce the client to an independent lending partner. Participation in lending discussions is entirely voluntary and does not affect eligibility for this promotion.

Prime Capital Realty does not provide financial advice or credit assistance unless appropriately licensed.

12. Verification

Prime Capital Realty may request reasonable documentation to verify ownership of the property, identity of the owner, banking details, and eligibility under this promotion. Failure to provide requested information may result in the promotional payment not being made.

13. Fraud

Prime Capital Realty reserves the right to refuse payment where false information has been provided, fraudulent activity is suspected, or these Terms and Conditions have been breached.

14. Privacy

Personal information collected in connection with this promotion will be handled in accordance with the Prime Capital Realty Privacy Policy. Information may be used to administer the promotion, contact participants, provide property management services, and provide requested property information.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prime Capital Realty shall not be liable for technical failures, delays in payment caused by incorrect banking information, circumstances beyond its reasonable control, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from participation in the promotion.

Nothing in these Terms excludes any rights available under the Australian Consumer Law.

16. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
